Let's build a better hiring workflow.
Scoreboad connects jobs, candidates, screening, interviews and evaluation in one workflow. The quickest way to see whether it fits your team is to open an account and walk through it — it costs nothing and takes no card.
- Your teamThe people already doing the hiring
- ScoreboadOne workspace the whole process runs in
- Connected hiringEvery stage on one record, decided by a person
Tell us about your hiring
This form does not send yet.
There is no inbox behind it — no sales address, no demo booking and no scheduling tool — so nothing here would reach anybody, and saying otherwise would be the easiest lie on this site to tell. The form works for drafting and checking what you would send, and the account route below is the one that is live today.
What happens next
Three steps, and you do all of them yourself.
This is the real sequence — there is no sales process in between, and nobody is waiting to schedule a call.
Create an account
Email and a password, or Google. No card, and no trial counting down.
Set up your workspace
Name the organisation, invite whoever is hiring with you, and pick the roles they hold.
Open your first job
Add a job, share its application link, and the rest of the workflow follows from it.
The product
What you would be evaluating.
Each of these is a page about one part of the workflow, rather than a second copy of the homepage.
Jobs and candidates
Where applications arrive and become records
Resume screening
Parsed into fields a person confirms
Screening calls
An automated first call, returned as a report
Interviews and evaluation
Rounds, feedback and one panel to weigh it on
Offers and hiring
The decision, recorded against the person who made it
Security and isolation
How access, workspaces and AI output are controlled
Before you start
Three things that are true today.
Each one is a mechanism described in full on the security page, not a claim written for this one.
- A person makes every hiring decision. AI output is checked in code and reviewed on screen before it counts for anything.
- Candidate information stays inside the workspace that owns it, enforced by row-level policies rather than by the code that queries them.
- No certification is held and none is claimed. What is not built yet is named on the page that describes it.
